We will use Yoga with Rhonda, sound bath with Maria, and drumming with Monica to awaken soul and spirit. During this retreat you will undertake a journey of transformation. Many wonderful changes can happen as you connect to your soul and spirit at this level of love and wisdom shared by Rhonda, Maria and Monica.

You will be initiating seeds of growth and expansion that can unfold for weeks and months afterwards.
