It's time to take care of yourself! Candlelight Restorative Yoga class with a Sound Bath! This is an opportunity to renew, heal and prepare for the holidays. Restorative Yoga and a Sound Bath will balance the nervous system and allow the adrenal glands to rest while providing physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
