Join me at Infinity Yoga Studio for a beautiful evening of healing with the FULL MOON ENERGIES by releasing what is no longer serving us & infusing more love & light into our lives!!

We will start with a short guided grounding meditation, then the drum wash-where I will be drumming from your head to your toes to head on all 4 sides of you allowing the vibrations of the drum to help release what is no longer serving you, then you will write down what is no longer serving you & then step outside to burn it in the fire pit, then you will write down all the things you are ready to bring into your life, then you will lie down & get comfy as I play my Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls infusing
more healing vibrations into your energy field.
