Join me for a relaxing evening of Sound Healing. We start with a short, guided meditation, set our intention for the evening and I will play my drum, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, chimes and tingsha. No experience necessary, just come with an open mind and allow yourself to relax and enjoy the beautiful sounds, frequency and vibrations for all the instruments.
