Join me for a transformative evening under the light of the Full Moon as we come together to release what no longer serves us and set intentions for growth and renewal.

• Fire Ceremony: We’ll begin by writing down what we’re ready to release and stepping outside to burn it in the sacred fire. This powerful act symbolizes letting go and reminding ourselves that we are complete with these energies.

• Intentions for Growth: Back inside, we’ll focus on the positive by writing down the goals or good things we want to bring into this full moon cycle.

• Guided Meditation: I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxing meditation to center and align, setting the tone for our sound healing journey.

• Drumming: I’ll drum over you to help release any remaining unwanted energies.

• Sound Bath: Finally, settle in as I play a variety of healing instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, gong, and chimes, to soothe your mind, body, and soul.
