✨ Align & Restore: A Midwinter Sound Journey ✨

Join us on Friday, January 31st, from 6:00-7:15 PM, for an immersive Sound Healing Journey designed to help you release the old, embrace the new, and align with peace and clarity during the midwinter season.

🌿 What to Expect:

  • We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you ground, center, and set your personal intention for our time together.

  • I’ll use my Elk Hide Drum to create rhythmic vibrations that break up and release unwanted energies, paving the way for deeper healing.

  • You’ll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of a variety of healing instruments, including Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rainstick, Gong, and Chimes, designed to promote relaxation and balance.

🌟 Healing Benefits:

  • Relieves stress and tension, creating a sense of calm

  • Clears energetic blockages and promotes emotional release

  • Supports deep relaxation and restorative healing

  • Enhances focus, clarity, and overall well-being

🌸 What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat (or two), pillow, blanket, and anything else to keep you cozy and comfortable.

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Dress in comfy layers, as the body can cool down during stillness.

  • Chairs will be available if you’re unable to lie on the floor.
