Energy Healing Session (45 Minutes) In Person or Long Distance
In Person
Come and relax on my soft and comfy massage table, allowing yourself to let go of what is no longer serving you. We will start by setting an intention or goal of what you are needing most right now, then I will start with my Elk hide drum, drumming over top of you from feet to head to feet and also around your body as well. The drum will help break up and release any unwanted energies. I will then start hands on healing with either Healing Touch or Reiki, focusing on balancing your major and minor chakras. After your session we will chat for a few minutes about what I sensed or felt and also what you experienced.
Long Distance
Energy transcends time and space, meaning we can feel/sense energy whether that person is in physical form or long distant at their home.
I will have you create a relaxing space where you can lay down without being disturbed and play relaxing music to help set the tone for your session.
I will connect with your energy just as I would if you were in person.
We will set a time aside after the session to discuss what I felt and what you experienced during the session.
These sessions are great for before and after surgery or if you have a busy schedule or maybe you are just too far away.
Long Distant Energy healing teaches us that we are more than just our physical bodies and that energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation so sessions can be done without the clients being physically present.
Long Distant energy healing works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity which holds that we are connected as we are all made of energy and a part of a larger whole.
Distant Energy Healing can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time though their permission should be received.
